And if we're going for the evening look, choose 4pm (November-March). Either way, we'll figure it out when confirming the appointment.

Licensing Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with the Photographer the client hereby acknowledges the following:
1. The Photographer grants the Client a 1-year limited, non-exclusive license to use the images for the purpose of listing and marketing the Property under the Client's current contract with the property owner. The license extends to the Client's use of the images on the MLS as well as other promotional materials intended to sell the property. Whether or not the property sells, these images may not be transferred to any other party, including subsequent listing agents, the property owner, stagers, builders or any other 3rd party.
2. Client understands and agrees that the Photographer owns the images and retains all rights and may use them for the Photographer's own promotional purposes or re-sale.
3. Client also warrants that they have the authority to enter into this contract for the property, and shall indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of any litigation arising due to this contract.
4. Notice of Copyright: It is illegal to copy or use these images without the Photographer's permission. Use without permission may be subject to civil or criminal penalties.
5. This agreement shall be governed by and under the jurisdiction of the laws of Cook County, Illinois.
